Growing up in Chicago and moving to the northwest suburbs, Attorney Brian J. Russell knew at a young age he wanted to be a lawyer. He attended the University of Illinois in Champaign and graduated on the Dean’s List in 1996 with his Bachelor of Arts. Brian then went on to attend The John Marshall Law School in Chicago and graduated cum laude in 1999 near the top of his class.

After working for some of the largest insurance companies and Fortune 500 businesses and developing his litigation skills, Brian embarked on working at smaller firms eventually starting his own practice in 2004 where he concentrated in litigation and residential real estate. The financial crisis of 2007-08 allowed Attorney Brian J. Russell to add consumer bankruptcy to his skillset for his clients.

For the past 15 years, Attorney Brian J. Russell has concentrated his practice in real estate (residential and commercial), bankruptcy, litigation, corporate law, and estate planning. He prides himself on being accessible to his clients for their everyday needs. So whether you’re buying or selling your home, or starting a new business, Attorney Brian J. When Brian is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching his kids play sports. He loves attending concerts and sporting events and traveling to warm vacation spots with his wife and family.
